And sure enough, could not get through more than five minutes at a time before someone came into my office. Got to love this work we do.     HI Joe, my book is available from Amazon via kindle and hard copy.  You can just search in Amazon. I wish it were available on CD but Wiley owns the rights to it and they have no plans to put it on CD.
